Refund & Cancellation
This policy explains how subscription trials, cancellations and refunds work for the Noctessa platform, and how payments a venue collects from its own guests are handled.
Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing/customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused remainder of a period, except where required by law.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by consumer-protection law. Refunds and payment disputes are handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem, under its Buyer Terms and applicable law. To request a refund, contact support.
In-venue payments
Any amounts a venue collects from its own guests — event tickets, table prepayments and similar — are processed by the venue's own payment provider and are the venue's responsibility. Noctessa does not process, hold or refund those payments; contact the venue directly for anything relating to them.
