Data Deletion
These instructions explain how data processed by Noctessa is deleted — including data tied to our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) integration.
Disconnect Facebook/Instagram (venues)
In the admin panel: Social → Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately revokes the token with Meta and deletes the stored credential from our database. No token survives a disconnect.
Full account deletion (venues)
Send a request from the venue's admin email to [email protected]. We delete the venue and with it ALL of its data: events, reservations, tables, admin users, social accounts and posts (including tokens), and uploaded assets.
Reservation data (guests)
Reservations are processed on the venue's behalf. Request deletion directly from the venue you booked with (contact details are on its site), or write to us at [email protected] and we will relay and execute the request.
