Nightclub table booking software

Your venue gets its own booking page, and one inbox behind it. Guests reserve a real table for a real night, and every request — from the web, the phone or the door — sits in the same list.

Set the night up

  • A night needs three things: a title, a date and a door time. The rest is optional — end time, genre, lineup, description, a poster image and the door price in your venue's currency.
  • Sell tables in tiers. A table tier carries an amount, the number of free entry tickets it includes, and a stage band where 1 is closest to the stage. VIP tiers work the same way and go to the tables you marked VIP. Add no tiers and guests book without picking a package.
  • Two tags do real work. “Free” replaces the price line with “Free before midnight”. “Full” marks the night sold out: the card turns into a waitlist button and new online requests are refused until you take the tag off.
  • Save it as a draft and nobody sees it. Publish and it is on your events page and your home page straight away, with its own link for your bio and your stories. About six hours after the door time it leaves the upcoming list on its own.

The page a guest books on

  • The page is yours — your name, your accent colour, your fonts, your logo, your photos. It runs in nine languages; you pick which ones your site offers and which one a first-time visitor lands on.
  • Booking takes about a minute: the night, a name, a phone or an email, the party size, table or VIP, the package if the event has tiers, and a note for the team. No guest account, no password.
  • The form tells the truth while it is filled in. The party stepper stops at the largest table you actually have, each booking type shows whether it is full or how many tables are free, and a request sent when nothing is free is labelled a waitlist request, not a table.
  • Switch on “guest picks the table” and they choose their own free table on your real floor plan. Leave it off and the nearest suitable free table is assigned for them, preferring the stage band that matches their tier.

One inbox instead of five channels

01

Web requests, phone bookings and walk-ins land in the same list, each new one marked New, with the guest, the party, the night, the package and the note. Your notification address is emailed on every web request — and if that email fails, the row says so, so a booking is never lost to a silent mail problem.

02

You answer with a status: New, Contacted, Confirmed, Waitlisted, Declined or Cancelled. Tick several rows and set them in one go. Confirmed emails the guest an entry ticket with a QR code your door staff scan; declined and cancelled release the table and stop the ticket working.

03

Give a booking a table from the list, auto-assign one, or seat it from the floor plan. Two bookings can never end up on one table: one claim wins and the other is asked to pick again.

04

Filter to one night and the four counters follow it — total requests, unread, confirmed and guests. Search by name, phone, email, table or event. Export the night to a spreadsheet with amounts, tickets and notes. When a colleague changes something on another device, your list catches up on its own.

What it does not do yet

Guests cannot change or cancel their own booking online — they reply to you and you change it. Nothing is emailed to a guest when a request arrives; the only automatic guest email is the ticket, sent when you confirm. There is no SMS and no WhatsApp. Prices are whole numbers, an event keeps the currency it was created with, and online prepayment takes the full tier amount into your own payment account — no deposits, no no-show charges, and refunds are made in your processor's own dashboard. Seated ticketing for concerts is not available yet: the Concert event type changes nothing on your public page.
