Feature

Publish your events to Instagram and Facebook

Write the post once, send it to both networks, and keep the night on your own site. The same event is also listed on Noctessa's public marketplace, where guests who have never heard of you can find it.

Connect once, publish from one place

  • Connect with Facebook once, under Publishing. One connection covers your Facebook Page and the Instagram business account linked to it. Each row shows a connected or not connected badge, which account it points at, and the date the connection runs out.
  • The composer on the same page writes a post from scratch or fills itself from a published event. Tick Instagram, Facebook or both, then publish now, save a draft, or set a date and time. A scheduled post goes out at the time you set, and you can cancel it before then.
  • Instagram accepts only a JPEG inside a narrow range of shapes. Noctessa converts your flyer for you and pads it onto its own dominant colour instead of cropping, so a lineup or a door time printed near the edge is never cut off. The file you uploaded is left alone — your event page still shows the original.
  • Each post carries a badge — Draft, Scheduled, Publishing, Published, Partial, Failed or Cancelled — with one line per channel beneath it. A published line links straight to the live post; a skipped or failed line names the channel and the reason.

Publish an event in one tap

  • Save an event as Published and a “Publish to social” window opens straight away, with the caption and the event's featured image already filled in. Click “Not now” and the event stays published; the post waits for you.
  • Every event also carries a “Publish to social” button on its own form and an entry in the three-dot menu on the events list. Share the night whenever you are ready.
  • The caption is assembled from the event itself: title, date and door time, lineup, genre, the price in the event's own currency, your description, and a hashtag for each genre. Edit it before it goes out.
  • Your connected channels come pre-ticked; untick one to post to the other only. The window locks after one attempt, so the same night cannot go out twice by mistake.

The marketplace: guests who don't know you yet

01

Noctessa runs a public listing of what is on, headed “Find your night”, with a page for every city. Your venue is on it by default, and there is nothing to fill in.

02

A card shows your venue name, the event title, the date and door time, your city, the price if the event has one, and a “Reserve” link. Tonight, tomorrow and the coming weekend are labelled, and times are shown in your venue's local time.

03

“Reserve” takes the guest to that event on your own site, where they book with you. The marketplace never takes the booking and never gets between you and the guest.

04

An event is listed while it is Published, not marked “Hide from the marketplace”, and still ahead; it drops off a few hours after it starts. Nothing separate to maintain — edit the event and the listing follows. Hide a single night on the event itself, or take the venue off the listing in Venue settings.

What it does not do yet

Instagram and Facebook only, and one image with a caption per post — no Stories, no Reels, no carousels, no video, no other networks. There are no post statistics, no reach or follower numbers, no ad buying and no inbox for comments or messages. Captions are assembled from the event's own fields, not written by AI. The marketplace has no paid placement.
